This guide will help you manage your customers' loyalty cards, from issuing stamps to redeeming rewards.
Customer Presents Card: The customer opens their digital wallet and shows their VeeCard.
Helpful Tip: When a customer enters your shop, their VeeCard often appears at the front of their digital wallet automatically.
You Scan the Card: Open your VeeCard App, tap the
button on the home page, and scan the barcode.
Review the Rewards Hub: The app will take you to the customer's "Rewards Hub", where you can see their:
Name & Stamp Count
Available Rewards
Registration Date & Last Visit
For Prepaid Cards: Remaining Balance or Credits
Adding Stamps: Add stamps for a visit or purchase. They are added to the account immediately.
Earning Rewards: When a stamp threshold is met, rewards are automatically added to the customer's list.
Redeeming Rewards:
In the Rewards Hub, check the reward the customer wants to use and confirm.
The reward will be removed from your system and the customer's card.
This works like a Standard card but includes upgrades.
Automatic Upgrade: The card upgrades to a premium tier (e.g., Gold) automatically once a stamp threshold (e.g., 100 stamps) is reached.
Manual Upgrade: To upgrade a VIP customer manually, click the vertical three dots (︙) in the Rewards Hub and select "Upgrade Card."
Reloading: Customers must reload before using. Click the vertical three dots (︙), select "Reload Card," and choose a package (e.g., $100 for 6 stamps). An expiry date is set upon reload.
Using Stamps: Deduct stamps after each visit. The card becomes inactive when all stamps are used.
Reloading: Customers must reload before use. Click the vertical three dots (︙) and select "Reload Card" to choose a top-up amount (e.g., $50 for a free coffee). An expiry date is set.
Making a Purchase: Deduct the purchase amount from the card balance.
Redeeming Rewards: Rewards earned from reloads can be redeemed the same way as a Standard Loyalty Card.
The card becomes inactive when the balance reaches zero.
To leave a note for yourself about a customer's visit:
Click the Edit icon (✏️) next to the customer's name in the Rewards Hub.
Add your note in the profile window. This remark is invisible to the customer.
Offline stamping
If a customer doesn't have their phone, you can still record their activity.
From the app home page, tap "Search customer" and select their card to enter the Rewards Hub.
You can add stamps and add rewards for their visit.
Please Note: Removing stamps or redeeming rewards is not allowed for offline customers. These actions require a live scan.
Changes made to a card (like new stamps) may not appear instantly in the customer's Google Wallet. They often need to close and reopen their wallet app to see the updates.
