Card Design Dashboard User Manual

Welcome to the Card Design dashboard! This tool allows you to create and customize digital cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The dashboard is split into two main tabs: Preview and Modify.

1. Preview Tab

The Preview tab allows you to see exactly how your card will look and function before you publish it.

1.1 Design Status

  • Located at the top-left corner of the Preview tab.

  • Inactive: The card design is in draft mode and has not been published. It cannot be delivered to customers.

  • Active: The card design has been published. You can now deliver cards to your customers.

1.2 Card Preview

  • View a live preview of your card as it will appear in a digital wallet.

  • Use the toggle at the top-right corner to switch between the Google Wallet and Apple Wallet views.

1.3 Card Details Preview

This section shows the auxiliary information that customers see when they view the card details within their wallet.

  • Card Auxiliary Info: Displays items like:

    • Stamps to the next reward

    • Expiry date

    • Rewards earned

    • Terms and conditions

    • (Note: Some items are specific to the card type)

  • Links: Displays clickable links for your business, such as:

    • Address: Opens a map for navigation.

    • Telephone Number: Initiates a phone call.

    • Website & Social Link: Opens the respective website.

2. Modify Tab

The Modify tab is where you customize every aspect of your card. It is organized into several sections. Any change you make here will be reflected in the Preview tab.

2.1 General Section

(Applies to all card types)

  • Logo: Upload or replace the logo with a local image file.

  • Issuer: Typically, this is your company name.

  • Program Name: This is displayed on the card's front in Google Wallet and within the card details in Apple Wallet.

  • Color: Customize the card's background color and font color.

2.2 Stamps Section

(Only for Loyalty Card and Tiered Loyalty Card)

  • Max: Use the slider to set the maximum number of stamps that can fit on the card.

  • Set Rewards: Tap on a stamp icon to add, modify, or delete a reward for that specific stamp position.

  • Icon: Select an icon to represent a single stamp.

  • Icon Color: Choose a color for the stamp icon.

  • Background: Select a color or an image for the stamp field background.

2.3 Stamps (Services) Section

(Only for Prepaid Package Card)

  • Services per Deposit: Use the slider to define how many services a customer receives for each deposit (e.g., set to 12 for "deposit $100 for 12 services"). You can describe this package in the "PACKAGE DETAILS" field within the Details section.

  • Icon: Select an icon to represent a single service.

  • Icon Color: Choose a color for the service icon.

  • Background: Select a color or an image for the service stamp background.

  • Validity: Define how long an issued card is valid.

    • Fixed Period: Upon reload, the card's expiry date resets to a preset number of months or days.

    • Fixed Date: The card is valid between a specific start date and end date.

2.4 Balance Section

(Only for Prepaid Balance Card)

  • Deposit Rewards: Define up to 8 deposit amounts and their corresponding rewards (e.g., "Deposit $50, get $5 bonus"). Leave the reward field blank if no reward is offered for a specific deposit amount.

  • Validity: Define how long an issued card is valid.

    • Fixed Period: Upon reload, the card's expiry date resets to a preset number of months or days.

    • Fixed Date: The card is valid between a specific start date and end date.

2.5 Details Section

Control which information and links are visible to customers in the card details.

  • Information Group: Check or uncheck the boxes to show or hide specific items.

    • STAMPS TO NEXT REWARD: (Auto-calculated) Shows stamps needed for the next reward.

    • HOW TO EARN STAMPS: (Your input required) Describe the rules for earning stamps.

    • REWARD DETAILS: (Your input required) Describe the rules for claiming rewards.

    • REWARDS EARNED: Shows the rewards a customer has earned and can redeem.

    • PACKAGE DETAILS: (For Prepaid Cards) Describe the deposit and bonus rules.

    • START/END: Show the card's validity period.

    • TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Input your service's terms and conditions.

  • Links Group: Check or uncheck the boxes to show or hide specific links. Always verify your links are correct by clicking on them in the Preview tab.

    • Items include: Business Address, Telephone Number, Email, Website URL, and Social Media Link.

2.6 More Options Section

  • Customer Profile: Choose which customer information to collect (Name, Email, Phone).

    • If an item is checked but not provided during a "one-tap sign up," the customer will be prompted to provide it (this is optional and can be skipped by the customer).

    • To keep the sign-up process simple, leave these unchecked.

  • Welcome Stamps: Reward new customers by automatically adding stamps to their loyalty card upon sign-up.

Workflow Tips

  • Live Preview: You can switch between the Preview and Modify tabs at any time to check how your changes look.

  • Publishing Your Design: Once you are satisfied with your design, click Publish. This will make the card Active and ready to be delivered to customers.

  • Making Changes After Publishing: You can still edit a published design. However, any changes will only apply to cards that have already been issued the next time the customer opens the card in their wallet.
