Agreement contents and applicable objects

The parties to this service agreement are  Veeloy and registered users of Veeloy (hereinafter referred to as "registered users"). The terms and conditions set forth in this service agreement are applicable to all kinds of tools and services of Veeloy platform used by registered users. When you confirm the service agreement, the service agreement will be legally binding between you, your company and Veeloy.

(1) Whether or not you have read this service agreement carefully before registration, as long as you have successfully registered as a user in accordance with the Veeloy registration procedure (process), your behavior still indicates that you and your company agree to and sign this service agreement;

(2) This Agreement does not involve any legal relationship or dispute arising from online transaction between you, your company and other users of Veeloy;

The content of this service agreement includes the text of this Agreement and all kinds of rules that Veeloy has published or may publish in the future. All disclosure rules are an integral part of the agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the agreement.

Veeloy has the right to formulate and modify this agreement or various rules from time to time as required. In case of any change to this agreement, Veeloy will publish an announcement on the platform to notify registered users. If the registered user disagrees with the change, the service must be stopped. Once the revised agreement is published on the Internet, it will take effect automatically. The rules will become a part of this agreement after being issued and effective. Logging in or continuing to use the service will mean that the registered user accepts the amended agreement and rules. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any new content that extends the scope of the services or enhances the functionality of the platform is subject to this agreement.
